While working on my thesis on service performance using the SERVPERF and Kano Model, I worked as an intern at PO Puspa Jaya Yogyakarta, where I supported administrative and operational tasks while gaining practical industry experience. Here, I led workflow redesign initiatives, resulting in a more efficient, customer-oriented system that improved the passenger booking experience
2023
Started my Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Gadjah Mada University with a concentration in Operations Management, focusing on operations, service systems, and process improvement.
2020
As an intern at PT Wijaya Karya (WIKA), I worked with the engineering team to calculate material requirements based on technical drawings, verify procurement specifications, support engineering planning documents, and assisted in supervising on-site workers.
